Producer, Director, Editor (preditor): Extensive knowledge of all phases of video production. Ability to manage large crews and projects as well as produce content working as a one-man unit.
Pre-production skills include client interaction and support, conceptualizing ideas, script writing, storyboarding, set design, project estimating and quoting, location scouting and crew scheduling/coordination.
Production skills include: directing, producing, lighting design and implementation including screens, sunshades, flags and gels: Sound design including mic placement, sound buffering, and camera operation either locked down, hand-held, steadicam or tracking shots. Knowledge of all camera formats and media wrangling in any HD format including Panasonic P2, Sony, HDCAM, Red, Canon and Nikon.
Post Production skills include: post production planning and management, ingesting media and creating proper file structure. Extensive knowledge of all major editing platforms including Avid, Final Cut Pro, Premiere 5.5 (specialist), and After Effects for motion graphics, callouts, lower thirds, titles and animations.
